It gives us visibility across teams, helps centralize information, and makes it much easier to monitor progress, accountability, and bottlenecks in one place.&#10;&#10;Another big plus is that it works well as an operational hub alongside other systems. We’ve been able to use monday.com to support workflows connected to quoting, jobs, clients, and follow-up processes, which makes it valuable beyond just project management.

> **Cons**: You can’t select multiple files at once to delete them or take other actions. &#10;&#10;Sometimes it takes too many steps to do something simple. &#10;&#10;The Kanban view isn’t as good as Trello’s. &#10;&#10;Sometimes it’s not clear from the calendar which item is being referred to, and when you click on a subitem in the calendar, there’s no information about the item. &#10;&#10;You can’t rename files.
