I have been a user since 2012 and appreciated the personal on-boarding and availability of a responsive support team. > > **Cons**: I'm old school and never like when things change up too much, but the initial downside was the add on costs for the additional bells and whistles that most of the newer companies include in their CRM. > > In the end I really liked the product...until I didn't and moved on. It's always hard to make a decision to upgrade or change a CRM because migration is the hardest part. But again, I think the most outstanding part was the people behind it. I even visited their offices in Phoenix.
