Sometimes the most basic of functionality is not considered when making a product and then it can take quite a while to get that fix developed and released. Example, customization of task list, adding a star to favorite your documents from the document list instead of the infocard, not having a prefiltered supplier list, or even favoriting the most recent version of the document and making that a dynamic link not static with the version favorited. > > So far, it's been good. There are some areas that are extremely painful to work through but it's comforting to know that mastercontrol is aware and that there is constantly a plan to continue improving the products.
