It requires little training as most features are self-explanatory. You can be set up and use the CRM efficiently within 10 minutes. leads are evenly distributed. reps can even set up their day off so that leads are not received that day and other sales personnel receive their portion. There is a mass text effect so if you need to jump-start your leads when it gets slow you can do so quickly. The system will even automatically customize the text message so they are individualized. > > **Cons**: I have not yet seen a desking feature implemented. If this feature was implemented it would be the best CRM software I've used at a dealership. > > I truly consider this the best software I have ever used because of how easy it is to communicate with customers through the app and website. This software allows me to quickly set up appointments without much effort and it took me from selling 18 cars a month to 25 cars a month just from saving time not clicking between multiple different pages and tabs. It is easy to integrate with websites and has many features that you would not think you needed until you've used it. I am familiar with many different CRM and Autoraptoris still considered my favorite.
