Customer service is quick and friendly. Cost is fair. Templates look nice and are easy to setup for simple items. > > **Cons**: There are issues coming up (like client answers not being auto saved) that there is not answer for. Even an issue with the "EST" timezone disappearing, making me unable to set the timezone for the event. The timezone they were able to fix within a week - but the solution to the client answers not being saved was a fail. They asked me to ask the clients to record the issue - there is no way I'm asking a client to record something (especially when it may not happen at that time) after they've just lost 3 hours of work from the template not auto saving. They're already upset enough as is. > > I feel as they're becoming more AI heavy, they're losing the reliability with unforeseen issues.
