It is very easy to create and update books and to keep them updated across all users to ensure the most recent pack is available. > > **Cons**: Some of the user/committee setup needs to be done by customer service. While they are quite responsive it seems unneccessary and they are improving on this. If you have a small board/irregular meetings it may be costly for you. > > It was quite positive. Before this software creating board packs was extremely manual and needed a lot of user intervention. Any updates that came in late were in risk of not making it in. there was always the possibioity of incorrect packs being used by members.
